Meet the Pups

Daisy

Daisy

Daisy is a Pretty Pitty! She loves soft blankets, hugs, and belly rubs! Daisy is now the heart and soul of her family after being rescued 2 years ago from the Midwest City Animal Shelter. She has the most loving personality for snuggles, is an amazing listener, and will bounce around and play if you need that burst of happy energy. Daisy loves going on long walks and car rides to anywhere but especially to her sister’s softball games and to the OSU-OKC campus to see all her friends! Daisy is the most loving caring dog and does not know a stranger. She loves family time, people, creatures, and bringing smiles to all!

Daisy can be asleep in any room in her house and as soon as she hears the meat drawer of the refrigerator open, she is on a dead sprint then seated for a treat. She also gets the zoomies and will run and run, but look out for her tail as she waves it excitedly for joy! You can visit Daisy in her mom's office in the Allied Health Building. Daisy has earned the AKC Canine Good Citizen award and is certified with Alliance of Therapy Dogs.

Headshot of Emma

Emma

Emma was adopted in 2015. She was raised with many people coming and going in her house. She really enjoys all of them and misses them when they are not all around. They gave her lots of ear rubs, belly and chest rubs, and scratches on her nose and face. Did I say she likes people and rubs? Emma is happiest being with people. She knows how to shake and high five, and a few other tricks. When Emma is super happy, she will let out an uncontainable howl of happiness. Emma has one eye. She had to have her other eye removed because it grew a tumor. She doesn’t seem to miss it. However, she isn’t able to catch as well. Emma is excited to be in Pete’s Posse and make new friends. When she is on campus, she will be with her human, Michelle, in the OSU-OKC Testing Center or out and about. She has earned the AKC Canine Good Citizen certification and is certified with Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Sometimes, spending a little time with a dog helps make everything feel a little brighter.

Zoey

Zoey the amazing Golden Retriever was born in February 2022 and found her family the following April.  She is full of energy and loves to be outside running around chasing butterflies or bubbles.  In the summer, she loves to jump in the pool or just play in any water she can splash around in.  While she plays hard, she also likes to sleep hard in her spot on the couch or sprawled out on her back with all four legs in the air when she needs to recharge.  If there is a dog or any kind of ball on TV, she will sit and watch contently.  Zoey has her own Instagram account () and has more followers that her Mom does!!  She loves visitors and thinks everyone should be her friend.  One of her favorite games is to take pinecones or small branches and run around with them, playing keep away from Mom and Dad as they try to get them from her.  She has one big sister, Bella, who isn’t as excited about playing and chasing things as Zoey.  You can visit Zoey in her mom’s office in the Administration building, room 218 or when she gets Mom out of the office and takes her for a walk.  She loves coming to the office and making the rounds on campus to see all her friends.  Zoey loves to learn new tricks and has earned the AKC Canine Good Citizen award and is certified with the Alliance of Therapy Dogs.
